David Edman Appointed CEO
David Edman steps into the CEO role with over 30 years of experience in the Swiss financial sector and a longstanding leadership role at Petiole. Since its founding, he has been a driving force behind Petiole’s development—fully aligned with the firm’s mission, values, and differentiated approach to private markets. “I am honored to lead Petiole at this pivotal moment. Wassim H. Jomaa, CIO
Petiole Asset Management AG welcomes Wassim H. Jomaa, CFA, as its new Chief Investment Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for shaping the company’s investment strategy, enhancing its risk management framework, and fostering an innovative, collaborative corporate culture.

Wassim brings over 20 years of experience in wealth and asset management. He has deep expertise in asset allocation, the development of bespoke investment solutions. He has held senior leadership roles at The Family Office Bahrain, Capital Investments DIFC, AB Invest, and Qatar National Bank. His appointment aligns with Petiole’s strategy to expand its digitalized and differentiated wealth management offerings in private markets.
